I know I'm not a lady but I would only imagine that this position would be a tough one to handle. When you're the first of the first a lot of responsibility rides on your shoulders. One thing is for sure, it didn't take her long to learn the blame game!

She had it made for a while. NO LAUNDRY!! : )
I love Gloria's comment....how funny!
You know, I can't help but think how nice it would be emotionally not to have anyone to compare yourself to-you know there would have been no one more beautiful, smarter, kinder, more loving, none better at gathering, etc-in yours or your husbands eyes-what pressure removed! I know that I fall into the trap of comparisions and always trying to improve myself-but aren't those types of improvements based upon those comparisons to others that we make?
And oh to be fresh and innocent...
A disadvantage for me would be that I certainly would have followed in Eve's footsteps and grabbed that apple-I am curious, mischievous, and a risk-taker--I have a difficult time accepting the word "no" in any form-whether as a word of protection or as an admonishment...
And what about only male companionship???
